Abstract

E-shopping has become an important part of modern consumer behaviour due to the rapid growth of internet connectivity, smartphones, digital payment systems, and online shopping platforms. Consumers increasingly use e-shopping for purchasing clothing, electronics, groceries, cosmetics, household products, and other goods. However, customer opinion and perception towards e-shopping differ based on factors such as convenience, price, product quality, delivery, payment security, return policies, and customer service. This study aims to examine the opinion and perception of customers towards e-shopping with specific reference to Namakkal District.
