Artificial Intelligence has emerged as a fundamental general-purpose technology that reshapes the entire landscape of modern entrepreneurship. By functioning as a predictive engine and autonomous enabler, AI significantly reduces market uncertainty, optimizes resource allocation, and fast-tracks lean prototyping. This paper examines how AI-driven enterprises leverage intelligent automation and big data analytics to build scalable business models while retaining higher founder ownership and lower initial capital requirements. However, founders face critical hurdles, including technical skill shortages, high implementation costs, and evolving regulatory or ethical risks. Synthesizing classical and modern innovation theories, this study proposes an integrative conceptual framework that positions AI as both an exogenous catalyst for opportunity recognition and an internal tool for organizational renewal. The findings offer actionable insights for entrepreneurs, investors, and policymakers navigating responsible and sustainable AI adoption in startup ecosystems.
