Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming Supply Chain Management (SCM) by improving demand forecasting, inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and decision-making. AI and machine learning help organizations analyse large amounts of data, reduce costs, minimize waste, improve efficiency, and respond quickly to supply chain disruptions. However, challenges such as poor data quality, lack of skilled employees, resistance to change, and cybersecurity risks can affect successful implementation. This paper highlights the benefits, applications, challenges, and recommendations for adopting AI in SCM. Overall, AI can help organizations build smarter, faster, more efficient, and resilient supply chains.
